Lifting Equipment Engineer – UK Wide (Up to £45k)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lifting Equipment Engineer to join a well‑established UK manufacturer of lifting solutions. The role involves installing and commissioning overhead cranes and bespoke lifting equipment across the UK, ensuring safe and efficient operation for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out installation and commissioning of overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards.
• Travel nationwide and stay overnight as required.
• Provide technical support and liaise with customers on site.
• Work overtime in line with project workload.

Required profile

• Background in overhead crane or lifting equipment engineering.
• Experience in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
• Valid IPAF and CSCS cards.
• Ability to work at heights responsibly.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills.
