About the role
We are seeking Light Assembly Operators to join a long‑established manufacturing business in the Medway area. The role is temporary with the possibility of permanent employment for high‑performing candidates. You will work on small‑part handling and light mechanical assembly on a rotating shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble small components using hand tools and basic mechanical techniques.
- Perform hand soldering tasks where required.
- Follow written work instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
- Team‑player attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (06:00‑14:00 or 14:00‑22:00, Monday‑Friday).
- Reliability and punctuality.

What we offer
- £13.68 per hour (temporary rate).
