Line Coordinator – AM Shift

About the role

This full‑time AM shift position is based at Greencore's Woolston manufacturing site, producing high‑quality Italian ready meals. You will join a fast‑paced, high‑risk team, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets the strict quality standards expected by our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve daily production targets in a chilled, noisy environment.
• Use initiative to solve problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow instructions, conduct compliance checks, and work unsupervised.
• Maintain a right‑first‑time approach with a strong eye for detail.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely while standing for long periods.
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.

Required profile

• Confident communicator able to engage, influence and motivate team members.
• Commitment to personal development and multi‑skilling of the crew.
• Basic understanding of health, safety and environmental practices.
• Awareness of the fast‑changing demands of a manufacturing process.
• Proven experience delivering production plans, meeting KPIs and driving improvements.
