Line Leader - Hygiene

About the role

As a Line Leader in the Hygiene team you will lead a group of colleagues to ensure safe strip‑down, effective cleaning and re‑assembly of machinery, while maintaining good contact areas through structured training and site processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to carry out safe strip‑down, cleaning and re‑assembly of production equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to speed up work and simplify procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to support and educate colleagues on correct procedures and drive improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret written and numerical data.
• Proactive in resolving issues and challenges.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
