About the role

Bond Turner is seeking a motivated Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner or Solicitor to join its Liverpool office. The role involves handling Fast Track personal injury cases from the defence stage through to settlement or trial, delivering high‑quality legal advice and client care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress your own litigated personal injury caseload from defence to settlement or trial.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely legal advice while managing client expectations.
• Work to strict deadlines to ensure efficient case progression.
• Deliver exceptional client care at every stage of the process.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing litigated personal injury cases, preferably Fast Track files.
• Highly organised with strong case‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Committed to delivering outstanding client service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
