Litigation Assistant – Credit Hire & Personal Injury

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our Credit Hire and Personal Injury team in Liverpool. You will support solicitors by handling administrative and clerical tasks, gaining insight into the full claim process and developing legal knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering queries.
• Act as liaison between clients and the legal team, gathering information and clarifications.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as letters, forms and contracts under supervision.
• Collect, organise and maintain documentation and evidence required for case progression.
• Ensure all necessary materials are ready for hearings, negotiations and other proceedings.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive, determination and ambition to develop a career in litigation.
