Litigation Paralegal

About the role

The Litigation Paralegal will join Duncan Lewis Solicitors' Housing Department, supporting a wide range of public and private housing litigation matters. Reporting directly to the Department Director, the role involves providing proactive case assistance and delivering high‑quality client care throughout the litigation process.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Housing Department Director.
• Assist with casework across a variety of housing cases, including homelessness, disrepair, eviction and possession proceedings.
• Manage documentation and liaise with clients, solicitors and court officials to ensure timely progress of matters.

Required profile

• Professional, proactive approach with strong client‑care orientation.
• Sensitive and sympathetic understanding of client needs.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced, hybrid‑working environment.
