Litigation Secretary – Trade Marks (London, Hybrid)

About the role

Dawn Ellmore Employment is seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to support a busy Intellectual Property Trade Mark team. Working closely with solicitors, you will help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case files and monitor key deadlines.
• Prepare legal documents, court bundles and file them with the appropriate courts.
• Liaise with clients, counsel and third‑party service providers.
• Provide general administrative support, including billing, expense processing and meeting coordination.

Required profile

• Experience supporting solicitors in IP (Trade Mark) litigation.
• Strong litigation secretarial background within a legal setting.
• Highly organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of trade mark litigation procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing court bundles and filing documents.
• Effective communication with clients, counsel and external parties.
