About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its modern practice in Brighton. The role offers autonomy, high‑value case exposure and the chance to specialise in commercial, property or construction litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑quality litigation caseload, focusing on commercial, property or construction disputes.
• Lead complex, high‑value matters from inception through to resolution.
• Engage directly with national and international clients, providing strategic advice.
• Conduct negotiations, settlement discussions and dispute resolution activities.
• Collaborate with a commercially minded team to deliver effective case strategies.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Significant post‑qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
• Proven track record handling complex or high‑value cases.
• Commercially aware, confident and client‑focused.
• Interest in developing expertise within a specialist litigation area.
