Litigation Solicitor – Dispute Resolution (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our growing litigation team in Bristol. You will work on a diverse portfolio of high‑value disputes while benefiting from a supportive, forward‑thinking environment that encourages career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious probate, construction disputes and landlord & tenant matters.
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of their disputes and develop strategic solutions.
• Represent clients in County Court and High Court proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on multi‑disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to business development, networking and the growth of the Dispute Resolution team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to handle commercial, property, probate, construction and landlord‑tenant litigation.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a collaborative approach.
