Litigation Solicitor – Dispute Resolution

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team in Worcester. The successful candidate will handle commercial, property and insolvency‑related disputes, building strong relationships with regional referrers and delivering practical, relationship‑driven advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and other commercial disputes.
• Handle property litigation, such as landlord‑tenant and other real‑estate disputes.
• Support and resolve shareholder, partnership and insolvency‑related contentious matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insolvency practitioners and other professional referrers.
• Attend client meetings and networking events across Worcestershire.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and departmental growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or Legal Executive).
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution, commercial or property litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Strong client‑service orientation and commercial awareness.
