Litigation Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a growing firm in Wilmslow, Cheshire East, is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join on a hybrid basis. You will provide high‑quality legal advice to private clients across commercial and civil litigation matters, helping to maintain the firm’s reputation and drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to private clients on commercial and civil litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, statements and other court documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings and negotiate settlements.
• Work independently, building and managing your own client base.
• Meet targets and deadlines while supporting business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised and generate your own client base.
• Experience across a range of litigation areas (excluding a primary focus on personal injury).
• Willingness to commute daily to the Wilmslow office, with occasional remote work after probation.
