About the role
We are seeking a motivated Litigation Solicitor to join a well‑established dispute resolution team in Brighton & Hove. This permanent position offers a 35‑hour week (9 am‑5 pm) and a competitive salary package.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
- Work closely with partners and receive support from paralegals.
- Handle intermediate and multi‑track claims.
- Maintain a varied general property litigation portfolio.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor or about to qualify with experience in commercial law.
- Enthusiastic about continuous self‑development and embracing change.
- Experience in property litigation and advocacy is advantageous.
Required skills

- Salary between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum.
