Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3PQE) – Bristol, Remote

About the role

Our client, a top‑100 national law firm, is expanding its L500 & Chambers‑rated litigation team in Bristol. The role is for a Litigation Solicitor/Associate with up to three years post‑qualification experience, offering the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual, corporate/shareholder, professional negligence, fraud, insurance and financial services/banking disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and witness statements.
• Attend hearings, mediations and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates for guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE, ideally progressing towards senior associate level.
• Strong interest in commercial litigation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work remotely and/or on‑site in Bristol as required.

Required skills

• Legal research and drafting skills.
• Case management and advocacy experience in commercial disputes.
