Live-out Housekeeper & Cook for Private Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Live‑out Housekeeper who will also prepare daily meals for a private family in a spacious estate in Newick, East Sussex. The role offers a stable, full‑time schedule with the possibility of live‑in accommodation on request.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full housekeeping to a high standard across the main residence and six unoccupied properties.
• Deep clean all rooms, manage carpet care and maintain immaculate presentation.
• Handle laundry, ironing and wardrobe organization.
• Prepare breakfast and lunches daily for two persons.
• Provide dog care and assistance as needed.
• Support overall household organisation and run‑smoothly tasks.
• Work independently while collaborating with any household staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a private household setting.
• Strong housekeeping and deep‑cleaning expertise.
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, professional, discreet and reliable.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing family needs.
• Physically capable of handling an active, busy role.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £32,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Permanent contract with a Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00 schedule.
