About the role

A private family based in Athens is looking for an experienced, discreet and highly organised live‑out Housekeeper to manage their elegant three‑bedroom Marylebone residence. The role is seasonal, supporting the household when the family is in London and maintaining the property during quieter periods, including occasional travel to other London homes and international holiday residences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full housekeeping and cleaning to exceptionally high standards.
• Manage laundry, ironing and luxury garment care, including wardrobe organisation.
• Collaborate with a second Housekeeper to keep the residence immaculate.
• Oversee overall presentation, organisation and upkeep of the property.
• Monitor the home, report maintenance issues and address household requirements.
• Prepare the residence ahead of the family’s arrival and support other London properties as needed.
• Travel with the family and provide housekeeping services at holiday residences.
• Maintain a calm, organised and welcoming home environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑standard domestic housekeeping.
• Discreet, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working around children and family life.
• Strong emotional intelligence to know when to be present or work behind the scenes.
• Flexible, proactive and able to adapt to changing family schedules.
