Loan Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Loan Advisor to join a well‑established specialist brokerage team. You will provide full mortgage advice over the phone, matching customers with suitable lenders and products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fact‑find interviews to identify customer needs and financial circumstances.
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products and present clear, concise advice both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate records in the OMS CRM system and keep lender relationships up to date.
• Ensure all advice complies with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and regulator requirements.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and support brokers throughout the loan process.

Required profile

• CeMAP Level 3 qualification.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
