Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at Fairmont St. Andrews, delivering a personalised and memorable experience. This full‑time position works closely with the Front Office team to ensure every guest need is met with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide valet parking, luggage assistance, greet guests and manage shuttle bus services.
• Handle guest inquiries about the resort, local attractions, entertainment, services and tours.
• Maintain a database of guest preferences, special dates and repeat visit details.
• Assist with special arrangements, coordinate future visits and support VIP service tasks.
• Participate in daily briefings, meetings and ensure confidentiality and safety of guest information.
• Complete projects and duties assigned by management in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Regular attendance in line with Fairmont standards and availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to satisfy guest requests.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
