Location Strategy Analyst – UK Growth

About the role

This role supports Costa’s UK&I growth strategy by delivering data‑driven, commercially focused location planning insights. You will help shape decisions on new store openings, relocations, acquisitions and estate optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer, performance and competitor data to produce clear location recommendations.
• Use GIS, forecasting tools and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the planning of new stores, relocations and acquisitions across the UK and Ireland.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure investment decisions are evidence‑based.
• Monitor and optimise the existing estate to maximise commercial performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
• Experience in location planning, real‑estate analysis or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GIS tools.
• Experience using forecasting and market analysis software.
