Locum Consultant Ophthalmologist (Oculoplastic) - Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast

About the role

Direct Medics is recruiting a Consultant Ophthalmologist with a specialist interest in vitreoretinal surgery for a long-term locum opportunity at the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) in Belfast. The RVH is a major teaching and tertiary referral hospital within the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, and its Eye Department is recognised for advanced ophthalmic care, including Eye Casualty and specialist retinal services. The advert describes the position as a 6-month, 1.0 WTE locum.

Required profile

• Valid GMC registration with a full licence to practice
• Right to work in the UK
• At least 6 months of medical experience in this role or a similar role within the UK
