Locum Fostering Team Manager

About the role
This temporary position offers an experienced social work professional the chance to lead a stable team of supervising social workers within a highly regarded independent fostering agency. The role is remote‑friendly and provides a pathway to permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Oversee and support a team of experienced Supervising Social Workers.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and agency policies.
- Step up from an Advanced Practitioner role where appropriate.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Team Manager or Advanced Practitioner in fostering.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Full UK driving licence.
