Novora Building Services is seeking reliable insulation installers to work on new‑build housing projects in Great Gransden. You will join a respected team delivering high‑performance loft and timber‑frame insulation across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Install high‑performance insulation on new‑build housing sites.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality workmanship on active construction sites.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a respected team.
• Represent a company known for quality and professionalism.

Required profile

• Experience in insulation, drylining, or general construction (preferred).
• CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Physical stamina to lift materials and work in demanding environments.
• Team‑player attitude and readiness to learn.
