About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a four‑person team in Bolney, South East England. The role is permanent and requires a car for commuting. You will manage export documentation for international shipments moving from the EU to the UK, ensuring customs paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Handle queries related to EU customs clearance.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve missing or incorrect documentation.
- Coordinate timely handover of paperwork to hauliers.
- Work with agents to ensure orders are cleared promptly.
- Resolve clearance issues quickly to avoid shipping delays.
Required profile
- Good computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Confident computer skills.
- Customer liaison experience via email or phone is preferred.
