Logistics Administrator (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our team in Hungerford. The role supports the day‑to‑day logistics operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipments are delivered on time. Full training is provided, making it ideal for candidates looking to start a career in logistics and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and route them for printing and warehouse fulfilment.
• Generate and manage shipping labels with correct customer and order details.
• Support Client Relationship Managers with stock reporting, system updates and administrative tasks.
• Close orders with accurate cost information to aid invoicing.
• Use shipping calculators and carrier data to determine shipping costs.
• Assist with invoicing and charge‑sheet output tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams to meet agreed timescales.
• Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries as required.
• Maintain accurate records and keep all systems up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable following defined processes and procedures.
• Effective communicator with colleagues and customers.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards.
• No prior logistics experience required – full training will be provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
