About the role

Logistics Coordinator (12‑Month Fixed Term) – an organised and detail‑oriented professional will keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment. This key position within the supply chain and operations team ensures efficient movement of goods from supplier to customer, coordinating shipments, managing schedules and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and transport providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Monitoring shipment schedules and proactively resolving delays or issues.
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate logistics and inventory records.
• Tracking deliveries and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation and customs paperwork where required.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.
• Supporting continuous improvements to logistics processes and efficiencies.
• Handling customer enquiries relating to deliveries and dispatches.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a logistics, transport, supply chain, or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
