Logistics Coordinator

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a busy department at our client’s site in Stockley Park. The role involves managing the flow of goods, coordinating transport, and supporting import activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate transport, track shipments and manage delivery schedules.
- Maintain warehouse booking schedules and oversee stock levels.
- Calculate accurate delivery costs and manage related documentation.
- Prepare and complete import documentation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
Required profile
- Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
