Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator supports daily inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accurate delivery bookings, transport amendments, loading plans and customer requirements. Working closely with hauliers, customers, bakeries, warehouses and internal teams, the role maintains clear communication and resolves delays to keep transport plans up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound delivery bookings and next‑day delivery confirmations with 3PL warehouses and direct customers.
• Manage export inbox activity, including delay investigations, new bookings, amendments, cancellations and rerouting.
• Collaborate with hauliers, customers, bakeries, warehouses and internal systems to keep transport plans accurate.
• Generate customs paperwork using the in‑house platform.
• Maintain and update internal and shared documents with accurate information.
• Prepare and issue required paperwork for customers.
• Support procurement scorecards and raise bakery or haulier claims when required.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain administration.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and confident communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage several operational priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
