Logistics Driver – Full‑time Permanent (Cheltenham)

About the role

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a Logistics Driver to join its transport team in Cheltenham. You will be responsible for the safe collection, transport and delivery of items, ensuring high standards of safety, security and accountability. Overnight stays may be required and accommodation will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Operate fleet vehicles safely and complete daily vehicle checks.
• Perform manual handling tasks as needed.
• Support the Transport team to work efficiently and safely.
• Report health, safety and compliance issues using correct procedures.
• Maintain positive client relationships and work collaboratively within a small team.
• Assist other teams when required.

Required profile

• Full clean driving licence.
• Valid CPC card.
• FLT licence (training can be provided).
• Willingness to be trained to HGV Class 1 if not already held.
• Strong knowledge of UK geography and transport regulations.
• HGV Class 2 licence (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain high‑level government security clearance.
