Logistics Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our in‑vitro medical device manufacturing facility. You will be the final point of contact for customer orders, handling picking, packing, weighing and labelling shipments while ensuring safety when working with dry ice.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, weigh and label products according to weekly orders and destinations.
• Ensure packages are properly sealed and meet customer specifications.
• Log shipping, order and label paperwork following SOPs.
• Maintain inventory management software and stock packaging materials.
• Handle dry ice and frozen goods safely, using provided PPE.
• Monitor product quality, storage conditions and report discrepancies.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitary and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Good verbal and written English.
• Comfortable receiving, stocking and stacking products.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg.
• Basic understanding of packing procedures and arithmetic.
• Previous dispatch or warehouse experience is desirable.
