Logistics Operative – Event Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operative to support the Logistics Manager in setting up and breaking down event infrastructure at Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium and other venues. The role covers match days, concerts, NFL games and a variety of other events, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Set up event infrastructure such as chairs, tables, staging, signage, fencing and security equipment.
• Break down and derig all infrastructure, returning items to storage safely and according to procedures.
• Maintain tidy and H&S‑compliant storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, operating a forklift when required.
• Support external agencies with heavy equipment and match‑day security gear.
• Cover the Logistics Manager and service yard forklift operative as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to handle manual tasks safely and efficiently.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (or ability to operate a forklift).
• Cherry picker licence (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Manual handling competence.
