Logistics Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Operator to join our growing warehouse team in Borough Green. You will be responsible for accurate stock handling, order processing and maintaining a clean, efficient logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick stock accurately according to order requirements.
• Allocate and move stock to the correct warehouse locations.
• Double‑check items to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Process orders, print and apply labels, and dispatch correct quantities.
• Update stock levels in real‑time on the warehouse system.
• Maintain an organised and tidy work area.
• Report any discrepancies and take ownership of your section.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills.
