Logistics Specialist – UK & ROI Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage inbound and outbound operations for our UK and ROI customers, supporting a fast‑growing coffee brand. The role combines shipment coordination, stock planning and continuous improvement across our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound requirements and outbound shipments to UK and ROI customers.
• Oversee the flow of goods from Sweden and Latvia through warehousing and transportation.
• Work with 3PL partners to ensure efficient, cost‑effective deliveries and meet service level agreements.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues and liaise with customer supply‑chain teams.
• Collaborate with the UK Order Desk to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support compliance with customs, transport, safety and quality regulations.
• Partner with Sales and Head Office to consolidate demand, plan stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Produce regular reports on logistics performance, stock availability and cost variance.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement projects with logistics partners.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, customer operations, inventory management or stock planning, preferably in FMCG, retail or wholesale.
• Strong understanding of UK and ROI customer supply chains.
• Proven track record working with 3PL providers and managing shipment coordination.
• Ability to support stock planning, monitor inventory and highlight supply risks.
