Logistics Supervisor

About the role

Hayley Dexis is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for its Rail Team in West London. You will lead a team of Envoy Drivers, manage day‑to‑day logistics operations and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Envoy Drivers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes across multiple customer sites.
• Oversee daily logistics activities, troubleshoot issues and make operational decisions.
• Maintain high service levels and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align delivery schedules with business needs.

Required profile

• Motivated and enthusiastic with a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to work independently and organise a team effectively.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience in logistics arrangements or delivery routing, preferably in the MRO sector.
