Logistics Technician – Warehouse & Inventory Management

About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Technician to manage the efficient flow of materials and equipment across multiple warehouses supporting nuclear ventilation and fluid process systems. The role involves coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring safe storage in compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Project Logistics Tracker and keep it up to date.
- Receive, inspect and record all incoming goods, verifying specifications.
- Control inventory by tracking stock levels, usage, forecasted deliveries and maintenance reporting.
- Oversee interim warehouse providers and ensure safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks.
- Prepare shipping documentation and update logistics systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and health & safety procedures.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, adaptable and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
