Logistics Technician – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician to manage the efficient flow of materials and equipment across multiple warehouses supporting nuclear ventilation and fluid process systems. Based in Bristol, you will work on-site ensuring accurate inventory, safe storage, and smooth coordination with suppliers and customs brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Project Logistics Tracker and keep it up to date.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, verifying specifications.
• Control inventory levels, forecast deliveries, and report maintenance needs.
• Oversee interim warehouse providers and ensure safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Prepare shipping documentation and update logistics systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
