Lubrication Technician – Predictive Maintenance

About the role

Join a leading provider of predictive and prescriptive maintenance as a Lubrication Technician. Based in Liverpool, you will help customers improve machinery reliability, minimise unplanned downtime and cut costs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled lubrication of customer assets using correct lubricants and proper storage procedures.
• Support Reliability Engineers by implementing and refining service offerings.
• Perform visual inspections to detect leaks and suggest reliability improvements.
• Execute lubrication routes, often with ultrasonic measuring devices, and provide feedback to PdM Engineers.
• Manage oil changes, inspect filter systems and propose enhancements.
• Collect samples for analysis and follow Best Practices for all lubrication tasks.

Required profile

• Technical training or work experience in the electromechanical field.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
• Flexibility to operate within a dynamic team of technicians.
• Basic electrical knowledge and broader mechanical understanding.
• Machinery Lubrication Technician Level 1 or 2 (advantageous).
• Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
