Lutron Lighting Programmer

About the role

We are seeking a specialist to design, program and commission Lutron HomeWorks lighting control systems for new‑build smart homes. The successful candidate will work closely with electricians and project teams to deliver fully integrated lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, specify and manage Lutron HomeWorks lighting control installations.
• Create lighting control schedules, keypad layouts and circuit allocation documents.
• Liaise with electricians and project teams to ensure correct installation of Lutron equipment.
• Program, test and commission Lutron HomeWorks systems on site.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Lutron processors, panels, dimming modules, keypads and third‑party integrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience programming Lutron HomeWorks systems.
• Experience with residential AV and IT networking systems integrated into smart homes.
• Ability to design comprehensive Lutron solutions and support project‑management activities.
• Willingness to expand project‑management skills and stay current with industry standards.
