Luxury Art Gallery Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Luxury Art Gallery Sales Consultant to join a contemporary art gallery in Chichester. The role focuses on consultative selling of high‑end artworks, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in visitors and proactively contact potential clients to promote the gallery.
• Achieve realistic monthly sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
• Provide personalised service via phone, email and in‑person consultations, including home visits where required.
• Maintain and expand a client database, making daily outreach calls.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to match peak gallery traffic.

Required profile

• Strong desire to sell luxury products and a genuine interest in contemporary art.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a willingness to travel locally.
