Luxury Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our new Balenciaga Counter at Selfridges in London. The role involves representing the Balenciaga brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales across our women’s and men’s ready‑to‑wear, accessories and fragrance lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of Balenciaga’s collections, heritage and fragrance portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and storytelling.
• Provide outstanding customer service that creates memorable experiences and fosters brand loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the luxury positioning of the store.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in luxury retail or a comparable customer‑facing role.
• Passion for the Balenciaga brand and commitment to high‑quality service.
• Goal‑oriented with a record of meeting sales objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Interest in fashion, fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
