Luxury Brand Ambassador – Retail

About the role

The Luxury Brand Ambassador will be the first point of contact for clients at Tiffany's flagship store on Old Bond Street, delivering the iconic "Tiffany Touch" and creating memorable luxury experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, embodying the Tiffany Warm Welcome.
• Assist clients with product information, storytelling, and introductions to the brand’s heritage.
• Manage floor waiting lists, direct clients to appropriate sales professionals, and support sales events.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure POS stations are stocked.
• Handle client gifts, boxing, wrapping, and safeguard Tiffany property.
• Communicate any service issues to management and share client feedback.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, retail or related environments is preferred.
