Luxury Hotel Receptionist – Pre-opening Team

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch as a Receptionist and help shape the guest experience for this landmark luxury hotel. You will be the first point of contact, delivering refined Front Office service from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform seamless check‑in, check‑out and audit procedures while maintaining accuracy.
• Resolve guest enquiries promptly, ensuring positive outcomes and memorable experiences.
• Communicate guest feedback and inter‑departmental information to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
• Demonstrate warm, attentive, and anticipatory service in line with luxury standards.
• Participate in training initiatives and support the Night Team when required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions and hotel policies.

Required profile

• Hospitality professional with a passion for delivering five‑star guest experiences.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments and ability to uphold world‑class service standards.
• Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced pre‑opening setting.
