About the role

As a Client Advisor for Gucci at London Heathrow Terminal 3, you will deliver a personalized, high‑touch experience to every traveller who walks into the boutique. You will translate each client’s vision into a Gucci creation while upholding the brand’s standards of luxury and service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and sales tools.
• Utilise cross‑selling and upselling techniques to maximise transaction value.
• Create an engaging, emotional client journey in line with hospitality guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
• Combine styling knowledge with mix‑and‑match expertise to meet client needs.
• Develop a loyal client base and identify top‑potential customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for Gucci and a solid understanding of luxury fashion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
