Luxury Travel Consultant – High-End Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join a fast‑growing concierge business. The successful candidate will use their high‑end travel expertise to sell and design premium holidays for discerning clients, while helping to expand the company’s travel division.

Key responsibilities

• Sell bespoke luxury travel packages, including cruises, beach resorts, villas and flight‑only options.
• Book flights directly with airlines and, where possible, utilise your own Global Distribution System (GDS) access.
• Develop and nurture relationships with global travel agencies, hotels, destination management companies and airlines.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate with the CEO to identify partnership opportunities and grow the travel side of the business.
• Potentially lead and mentor a future travel team as the division expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or premium travel sales.
• Track record of managing a portfolio of high‑net‑worth customers.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm, with one day per week on‑site (Berkshire preferred).
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• GDS knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
