M365 Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a global manufacturing business, is seeking a M365 Developer to join a newly‑formed team working on greenfield projects. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site at the Runcorn office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve system challenges.
• Maintain and optimise existing M365 applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and training to internal users on M365 tools.
• Ensure compliance with data‑governance and security protocols within the M365 environment.
• Participate in system upgrades, integrations and migrations supporting business growth.
• Create detailed documentation for configurations, processes and user guides.
• Analyse user feedback and drive continuous improvement of M365 functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
