M365 Developer – Hybrid Role in Newton Aycliffe

About the role

Our client, a global manufacturing business, is looking for an M365 Developer to join a newly formed team working on greenfield projects. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Newton Aycliffe office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve system challenges.
• Maintain and optimise existing M365 applications to enhance performance.
• Provide technical expertise and training to internal users on M365 tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols within M365 environments.
• Participate in system upgrades and integrations to support business growth.
• Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Analyse user feedback to drive continuous improvement in M365 functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
