M&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join our M&A/Corporate Deal team at our modern Bolton office. You will support Corporate Deal Executives in executing business sale transactions up to approximately £15m enterprise value, providing a high level of client service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Support Corporate Deal Executives in managing a portfolio of clients.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with clients, potential acquirers, and professional advisers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private‑equity investors, and other advisers.
• Analyse financial information and assist in negotiating offers.

Required profile

• A degree in business, finance, management or a related field is desirable, but full training will be provided.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building long‑lasting relationships.
• Experience in customer service and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of business and finance concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the basic Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
