M&A Analyst

About the role

OneDome is a fast‑growing fintech group transforming the UK home‑buying experience. The M&A Analyst will join a lean, ambitious M&A function, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership on end‑to‑end deal execution and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full M&A lifecycle, from origination and target screening to execution and post‑deal integration.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and investment cases for acquisition targets.
• Conduct financial, commercial and operational due diligence.
• Prepare investment papers and board materials for senior stakeholders.
• Assist in deal structuring, SPA review and transaction execution.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth post‑acquisition integration.
• Track market trends, competitors and potential acquisition opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance, preferably with an investment banking background.
• Strong academic background from a leading university.
• Excellent financial analytical skills and solid understanding of valuation methodologies and deal mechanics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in technology‑enabled businesses and scaling platforms.
