M&A Deal Management Manager – Strategy & Execution

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior manager to lead M&A deal management activities, combining strategy, execution and advisory expertise. You will work with CEOs, private‑equity firms and government bodies to shape and deliver high‑impact transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support business origination through pitches and client presentations.
• Manage transaction workstreams under tight deadlines for demanding clients.
• Advise clients across sectors on value‑creation strategies, integration, carve‑out and operational restructuring.
• Lead blended project teams from transactions and advisory practices.
• Conduct senior‑level client meetings to define and drive integration and separation plans.
• Oversee engagement economics, risk management and commercial aspects.
• Contribute to practice development and promote a strong team culture.
• Act as a role model, mentor junior staff and participate in recruitment and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a large‑scale consulting environment or industry role with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear management insights quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced, high‑pressure projects.
