Machine Operator – 4 On, 4 Off Days

About the role

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Machine Operator to join a stable, well‑established food manufacturing business. You will work in a highly automated environment, operating advanced production machinery and supporting the delivery of production targets, quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate advanced production machinery on a 4‑on/4‑off shift (6 am – 6 pm).
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Production Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the UK food manufacturing sector (desirable).
• Familiarity with automated production machinery (desirable).
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes (desirable).
