About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator / Electron Beam Welding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves precision welding on high‑end materials for aerospace and autosport projects, supporting our commitment to high‑quality production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate electron beam welding machinery with precision to produce high‑quality welds for aerospace and autosport applications.
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools and assembly equipment to assist in fabrication and assembly processes.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate production.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on welding equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve fabrication processes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and safety‑conscious.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and quality control.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
